With a short distance to mighty mountain hikes to Kvitegga, Hornindalsrokken, Slogen, Lianibba, Røyrhusnibba and to a number of shorter hiking destinations in the area. Many mountain lakes with fishing opportunities and a short way to Hellesylt with boating and fjord fishing. Light trail is located close to the cabin field and otherwise there is a short way to ski lifts in Hornindal or on Strandafjellet.
